Need details: Is her breathing compromised? If you feel that it is, then you should probably have her seen by a physician as soon as possible (like, now) in order to protect her airway. Any fever? Other potential causes include asthma, foreign body, Ludwig angina, vocal cord dysfunction (less likely)

My daughter 4 years old, has multiple round lumps or knobs at the base of her neck and base of her skull. they are not visible but can instantly feel multiple ones. I have been to a GP and says its sinus and just gave allergy meds.
