My daughter 4 years old, has multiple round lumps or knobs at the base of her neck and base of her skull. they are not visible but can instantly feel multiple ones. i have been to a gp and says its sinus and just gave allergy meds.

Vague post: The described lumps are too vague in description for size/character/location to make an informed guess as to what they are. There are prominent bony points on either side of the skull base that muscles attach to. There are many lymph nodes measuring 1-2 cm that can be felt around the neck and skull base. Lymph nodes are normal structures that vary in size with their working status.
