Having persistent neck pain and headache for 6 months now. negative results of brain & cervical mri and emg ncv. possibility of colon cancer?

Unrelated : Metastasis from colon cancer would have shown up on the MRI. I would ask your doctor if you have muscular neck pain that is also felt in the muscles of the head or if you have a chronic headache that seems to radiate down into the neck. You cannot have both. The two are treated differently.
