What signs or: symptoms do you have that would make you think you had end stage liver disease? The clinical picture is usually not subtle.

See doc: if your liver function tests and radiology studies are normal and your hepatitis A B C are negative, perhaps you are obsessing about liver disease as a sign of mental stress that is expressing itself in the form of disease obssesion. there are medications that can help you with this behavior

I saw 3 liver specialists & 5 GI. None had a pt like myself whose AST(110) is 5x ratio to ALT(21). Past 2 yrs, my MRI, fibroscan&US all normal. I dont drink or take herbs& all my meds reviewed.Had any MD ever had a pt with AST 5x ratio to ALT? Thx?
My Fibroscan said fatty liver ultrasound said slightly increased hepatic echogenicity ct or mri never picked up anything but cyst. Why did this occur???

7/1/23: Bilirubin 21, Alk 119, GT 103, Alt 84, Ast 44.26/04/23 :B29, Al107, GT63, ALT54, Ast39. 29/07/23: 22, 209,138,68,26. Liver enzymes are abnormal for years. All other tests for liver disease and Fibroscan show normal results.What is causing it?
