With your metabolic abnormalities & MRI findings I think there's enough evidence to diagnose fatty liver without cirrhosis. I assume you're abstaining from alcohol.and seeing a dietician or nutritionist to get on a proper diet and prevent further liver damage. Be followed by a hepatologist or a gastroenterologist for best care& appropriate testing.
