A member asked:

Why does the fibroscan chart have such a variable 'orange' or 'f3' area with alcohol in comparison to other forms of liver disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Borderline cirrhosis: a fibroscan of 12.2 in patients with alcoholic liver disease is borderline cirrhosis or F3. Hope this helps.
