Yes, definitely: The most important thing to remember when exercising while pregnant is to stay well hydrated. We used to think that pregnant women shouldn't get their heart rates elevated, but that is no longer the case. Most important is to drink a lot of water. So much water that your urine is clear/white. And drink while you're exercising. You burn more calories and get hotter when you're exercising.
