I just found out i am 4 weeks pregnant , and i have been working with the c-arm machine 2x a week. i do wear my lead apron and thyroid cover, but i would like to know if that could have affected the fetus already? i am very worried that it has?

Lead aprons are very effective in preventing radiation exposure. There is minimal risk/chance that this affected your baby. Talk to your employer about a change in work responsibilities to prevent any ongoing risk.
