Unfortunate: I am sorry to hear you had your gallbladder removed. I believe organs should be removed only as a last resort when there are no other options. It does not seem necessary to remove a gallbladder when you were having no stones, pain or issues. Many people have fasted long periods without harm to their gallbladder. At this point I advise taking Ox Bile and lipase enzymes with your meals.
