Please help docs! is pain 3 weeks after gallbladder removal surgery normal?

Depends: Some incisional pain may be normal at 3 weeks, but for the most part, it should be improving. Severe pain could indicate a problem. Your surgeon should be notified if you are still in a lot of pain at the 3 week mark. Some simple tests can be done to make sure the pain doesn't represent a problem that needs more attention.
