Call for help!: It sounds like you need help with your anxiety. Treatment involves making decisions about what types of therapy are best for you: counseling, relaxation techniques, medicines, etc. Call your doctor for a referral or contact your local behavioral health resource (these are usually free). Be sure to seek help immediately if you feel like hurting yourself or someone else.

Ask MD for referral: You need to find out what is causing your anxiety. Ask your physician for a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist to work with you to resolve the issues. Medicines are available to relieve the problem, but a long-term solution is important

Good asking!: It is good & very smart of you to decide to address this. Sometimes worrying can become a habit. Finding ways to address appropriate concerns and worries safely and learning good coping skills is key to a healthy lifestyle. Poor ways of coping can become habitual and are much harder to treat. See your doc to make sure you are healthy first, and hear suggestions for tx in your area.

Therapy: Provided your doc has ruled out medical causes, please pick up the phone and call your regular doctor to see a therapist who specializes in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy- most effective and well published and recognized type) to treat your anxiety and see them asap. Take care.
