CBT: Health anxiety is very common and exists on a continuum from good to bad. Some anxiety helps us pay attention and take better care of ourselves while high levels can be extremely disruptive. Cbt methods help us stay on the rational and helpful side. Awareness of our core beliefs and thinking patterns are helpful. If its an issues talk to someone familiar with these techniques.
