Need Both: I assume that you want these things in order to help lose weight, but if that is wrong, I apologize. Successful weight loss requires diet and exercise in most cases. It is good to start with small achievable goals, like walking 20-30 min 4-5 days a week and the when that is easy increase to more time or run. Diet wise cut out junk food or snacks and start with little changes.
