All foods: try to eat from all food groups to have a good balance of all nutrients. Include protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats from unsaturated oils. Eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, chicken meat, fish and dairy.
