Hit the fitness hard: Many guys your age work out harder. Nobody counts calories especially at your age. If you're trying to bulk, 1 gram of lean protein per day per pound that you weigh is an ideal. Otherwise, low-sugar, low-grease, lots of fruits ; vegetables, stay a little bit hungry. The harder you work your body -- and at your age you're at your peak and your body craves it -- the more you'll find you eat right.
