I doubt it: Is ALS. If you are having constant cramps in your hands I would suggest evaluation by a doctor.

Evauluation: Cramping can be caused by lots of things. Have it looked at. May just be overuse or a slight electrolyte imbalance. Myotonia and MD are also rare conditions that can cause cramping.
