You are very young to have something like ALS. It would still be wise for you to see a Neurologist to evaluate the twitching. This might involve an MRI, EMG and possibly even EEG testing. The weakness should be thoroughly worked up including detailed history to understand what posture you are doing that may exacerbate this or if there is another cause compressing your spinal cord. Keep me posted
