22/male constant hand cramps no weakness , what are chances it could be als , it does not run in my family ? need some peace if mind please !!

Rest easy son: With just hand cramps as your symptom and no family history of ALS I would say that Killer Krill that hunt giant Sperm Whales found in the ocean would be more likely to exist than you having ALS with that presentation. In other words, just work on UNcramping your hands a little which could be stress and so forth. If you were inconsolable over this then, see a neurologist to check you over.
