Cholesterol: Hi, is it total Cholesterol or LDL? If that's ur LDL then you need treatment, per new ASCVD any LDL higher than 190, even without risk factor needs attention, but if that number is your total Cholesterol then we need to know what your LDL, HDL are and also if you r smoking, having history of Diabetes to determine weather u need treatment or not.

A bit unclear: Is this your ratio. If so, monitoring ratio's has fallen out of favor, what would help to better stratify issues if you could provide numbers including total cholesterol, LDL, and HDL levels. In general, exercise, optimizing your body weight and eating a colorful, nonprocessed diet with a staple of fruits and vegetables should help your cholesterol levels.
