Is 5.39 mmol/l in serum cholesterol too high of a level?

See below: 5.39nmmol/l translates to 208. If this is total cholesterol it is mildly high (preferred <200). If this is a measure of LDL cholesterol it is very high

LDL, not Cholesterol: Cholesterol is a fat molecule manufactured by every animal cell, a building block of each cell membrane (enables membrane fluidity/movement without tearing), is fundamental to the survival of every animal cell. Lipoproteins (proteins which transport all fats in the water outside cells)=correct issue: https://goo.gl/QMpZiI (e.g. LDL ≤700-400 nmol/l, HDL ≥45 µmol/l). Cholesterol ↓$, but misleading.
