Don't worry: From your description, I think you mean the cup in the center of the disk is larger in one eye. An enlarged cup can be a sign of glaucoma or it could be just a normal variant. If present from birth, it is probably normal and nothing needs to be done. It will not affect your vision. Just be sure an ophthalmologist checks you periodically to be sure it is not changing.
