The main question is if this is impacting your vision? Double vision? Blurred vision? If NOT, then it is likely something that your eyes occasionally do, and the absence of vision issues makes it likely a longstanding thing. Trauma to the eye/head can do this, and if you ARE having vision problems you need to see any Eye Doctor soon to determine what the cause is and how to help your situation.

A sudden increase in relative pupil size without trauma or a drug side effect might indicate a Horner's syndrome of the other side. See an ophthalmologist and if the answer is not found, ask to see a neuro-ophthalmologist and get a chest x-ray. Please do this as soon as possible. It could just be "physiologic anisocoria" or Adie's pupil but only the eye doctor can certify this.
