I have crohns and for the past week i have a slight discomfort in my lower right abdomen. i have also been going to the bathroom a lot less frequently. i still go but it's small pieces and not a lot for the most part. no loss of appetite, fever, vomiting.

RLQ pain in Crohns: The ileum which is a major point of inflammation in Crohns is in the RLQ,as is the appendix . Would check CBC, sed rate ,CRP and may need CT to r/o appendicitis F/u today with your doctor
