It is possible.: Everyone's anatomy is slightly different. Most people have their main bloods supply felt either on the top of the foot or on the medial side of the foot, which is opposite of where the peroneal tendons are located. The peroneal tendon does NOT go into the toes. There are 2; longus, which ends in the midfoot area and the brevis: which ends at the base of the fifth metatarsal.
