A member asked:

For as long as i can remember ive been able to move the peroneal tendons on my right foot over the ankle bone to make a clicking sort of sensation. there is usually no pain but sometimes my foot does feel weak when i run. is this cause for concern?

Please do not try and place tendons where they do not belong. You are not doing yourself any benefits by doing so. God did a pretty good job in making us. You could be changing the function of the peroneal longus tendon weakening the muscle. Reason not important. Just do not do this. There is absolutely no benefit. You could create a problem requiring surgery.
