Sounds more like the: surgery may not have the best result. If due 2 failure of a soft tissue repair, steroids in my opinion would not B indicated as they do have adverse effects on soft tissue.

For as long as I can remember Ive been able to move the peroneal tendons on my right foot over the ankle bone to make a clicking sort of sensation. There is usually no pain but sometimes my foot does feel weak when I run. Is this cause for concern?
Bone hurts where peroneal tendon ascends up the leg (above ankle). No trauma or injury. X-ray normal. Palpation causes sensitivity and pain. Plz help?
