6 weeks: You should be waiting at least 6 weeks, and I usually recommend 8 weeks before lifting weights after a C-Section. Remember, it is major abdominal surgery and you need to give your body time to heal. When you do start exercising, start out light and listen to your body. Cross fit is okay as long as you feel okay after you do it. Don't overdo it.
