Different types: Different types of tests, different thresholds and sensitivities. Some are qualitative, some are quantitative. Best will be to have a microscopic analysis or a urine sediment.

Odd results: This occurrence suggests a false positive or a false negative. Urine dipsticks can react to food dyes and other chemicals. Suggest repeat testing with microscopy.
