No: Having blood in a urine sample will not affect the urine drug screen. It will show up as blood and or as red blood cells in the urine test.

Routine. Urine lab results show color red but sample looked clear, blood small, slight cloudy and few bacteria, all else neg. No RBC found. Should this be tested again or is this a normal test?
