Some days i have no pvcs some days i have a 100 my doctor says symtomatic pvc and is not worried, i am, i feel them and will they hurt me i feel them?

Keep appointments: Are you are saying some days you have PVCs and other days you may have as many as 100 on your pacemaker monitoring, but you have no symptoms? Keep your cardiology appointments and report any symptoms of chest pain, faintness, chest palpitations that you feel right away.

No: The reason it matters wether you have symptoms or not is the decision wether to treat your PVCs or not. Benign PVCs are still benign regardless of wether you are aware of it or not. Trying to treat it sometimes is worse than doing nothing at all.But if you do feel uncomfortable with it,then treatment is justified and there are drugs that do reduce the frequency enough to make you comfortable
