No: The reason it matters wether you have symptoms or not is the decision wether to treat your PVCs or not. Benign PVCs are still benign regardless of wether you are aware of it or not. Trying to treat it sometimes is worse than doing nothing at all.But if you do feel uncomfortable with it,then treatment is justified and there are drugs that do reduce the frequency enough to make you comfortable
