Trust Dr.& relax: Isolated PVCs with benign characteristics require no treatment. In healthy individuals, PVCs can often be resolved by restoring the balance of magnesium, calcium and potassium within the body. The most effective treatment is the elimination of triggers (particularly the cessation of the use of substances such as caffeine, and certain drugs.) Anxiety can also play a role, so stress less. Good luck

Don't worry: Generally, if the EKG and Echocardiogram are normal, there is no need to be concerned. This is unlikely to ever harm you. But some patients with PVCs feel them in the form of palpitations, that is, thumps in the chest. If that is the case your doctor can prescribe a low dose beta blocker to relieve your symptoms.
