Listen your doctor.: There's not overwhelming evidence that in healthy people with asymptomatic pvcs that they're at risk for anything bad happening, and most docs wouldn't treat people with asymptomatic pvcs. But if you have other heart problems, you should consult with your cardiologist.

Palpitations?: Totally asymptomatic PVCs are those that you don't even feel. You are on a beta blocker that may be adjusted to help with the symptoms. You do have hypertension and even though you are young, it is reasonable to rule out structural heart disease. Avoid caffeine and have thyroid test. (?pregnancy - ?male). Most people do have PVCs at some point in life and typically at your age they're benign.
