Try Relaxation: Your worry itself might trigger more PVCs as it causes the release of catecholamines that can "tickle" the heart. Be sure you are following your doctor's treatment plan, e.g. medications, and consider a variety of relaxation techniques. You might do yoga, or learn meditation, just take a walk in a scenic park or read a book to a young person. Control your worry & lower the rate of your PVCs!
