2 questions: 1. Based on your description it is likely that your PVC' s are symptomatic. 2. Your doc is not that concerned because of 2 reasons: PVC' s are usually benign if they do not get organized and second he has the cardiologist trying to figure out what to do.

PVC symptoms: The symptoms you describe fit with PVCs. They occur commonly and often are not serious. They might improve with blood pressure control and atenolol. If not see your Dr again to consider possible medication adjustment.
