Want to lose weight i've tried everything now?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't give up!: Try 6-12 months under the supervision of a physical trainer and a wholistically-oriented physician and nutritionist with weight loss expertise. If you don't get sufficient progress and your physician agrees, then you can be referred for bariatric surgery, and you will have the required clinical documentation that you complied with an intensive 6-12 month plan. Moreso if you have diabetes.
