I've been trying to lose weight for about a year now and nothing seems to work, no matter how much i diet and excersise is hydroxycut safe now?

Won't help: While hydroxycut may be safe now, most of the over the counter diet aids are a waste of your money. If you are putting in consistent effort and not getting results, two options might be more helpful than diet pills. First is to have some visits with a nutritionist to figure out more exactly what and how much you should be eating, and maybe a trainer. Also, check with your doc about thyroid.
