Get seen: Your physician may elect to work you up for maldigestion / malabsorption. These are fairly common, and the fact that you've posed this question indicates you do need a physician office visit.

See below: May be simply you're very active physically & burn off calories, but might also be endocrine problem like overactive thyroid. See pcp for exam, basic tests, & treatment options.
