Congratulations !: You have already made the first step- making the decision! to achieve weight loss and improve physical shape requires thoughts about altering ones food type and amount of intake and one's type/duration/intensity of physical activity. I would recommend a regimen consisting of an aerobic component (e.g. Walking, jogging, biking, swimming), an anerobic component (weight training), and stretching.
