Normal: This sounds completely normal.Follicles are simple cysts in which eggs grow and they develop on ovaries every month. We once thought that cysts after menopause were always abnormal but ultrasound has taught us that this is just not so. Small simple cysts can be completely normal even after we run out of eggs. The normal blood flow is confirmation that they are normal, We worry if complex/more flow
