It could still possibly be a hemorrhagic cyst in ovary, which would have internal echoes and are not uncommon. They should follow it up somehow to determine it's not a small "mass". I can't say it's definitely not cancer, because it is still possible, but I think the odds are in your favor it's likely something less serious.

It would be good to seek a consultation with a Gyn Oncologist who will reevaluate you and answer your concerns.
