Can be: Pain and fullness can be symptoms of an ear infection. Ear infections usually are associated with hearing loss as well. Pain and fullness may also be referred from the TMJ (jaw) joint.

Yes: Among other things these are symptoms of ear infections. These symptoms can be associated with many other illnesses as well so see your doctor to make sure that you aren't missing anything more serious.
