Hi i have a fullness in my left ear and it buzzes quite a lot. seems like ear infection. starting to pain as well. what can i do to help.

Ear infection: is likely, possibly from water stuck in the ear. Try to clean the ear by dropping half alcohol, half white vinegar in for a few minutes and then let it come out. If this hurts you, just use a bit of cooled, boiled water to rinse it out, and get seen in a clinic. You can also gargle warm salt water to try to reduce any pressure from the other side of the eardrum. Good luck!
