Splenic flex. synd: Abdominal pain on the left with chest pain is usually related to some process in the upper region of the left bowel with irritation of the diaphragm causing chest pain. Without a CAT scan of the chest abdomen to see if there is pathology in left upper colon and an inflammatory process in the left chest one cant make an accurate diagnosis. Get work up.
