Left sided pain: May be reflux try famotadine or pleuradynia- inflammation of lining of lungs but at age 42 consider mammogram , also may be related to colon-(colonoscopy) or lung/chest ( mass-CXR ) or heart ( do EKG, stress test) rarely spleen ( CT of abdomen) . f/u/ w/ MD
