A member asked:

I've got lower back headache. and body is sore especially upper abdomen on the chest more to left and restlessness and fever.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

In one's 30's...: Fever is often due to infection. Pains in the chest and back can be from viral illnesses like the flu, wherein viruses get throughout the body, including in the muscles, causing aches and pains. Pains in the chest and back can also be from pneumonia in the lungs. Chest pain may also be from the heart (which is serious), so a primary care doctor can evaluate to see what is happening.
