Not much: Very few OTC meds help with colds. You can use tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin for fever or pain. A humidifier in the bedroom may be helpful. Nasal saline spray for congestion. Benedryl may help for congestion as well. Honey is safe to give to a 2 year old and can be somewhat effective for cough.
