Cervical disc: The symptoms that you describe are consistent with a herniated disc in the neck. Pain and sensation (fizzy/numbness) are linked structurally. An MRI of the cervical spine is important to exclude compression of spinal cord or nerve roots. The headaches that originate from the neck are unrelated to the pseudotumor cerebri. See a neurosurgeon for treatment of the neck and arm pain.

See Ortho-spine MD: These symptoms could be due to intermittent compression related to your bulging disc(s), they do not sound like symptoms related to IIH. If the symptoms do not subside quickly, a trip to the nearest ortho-spine doc or ED is well-advised. The longer the symptoms persist, the greater the chance of permanent damage. See your GP and ortho as soon as you can
