Statistically, yes: It's well established in first trimester pregnancies that detecting a heartbeat (and the presence of a yolk sac) makes the statistical risk much lower. Sounds positive: Being an optimist, having a heart beat on Ultrasound is promising. I think the best thing is observation, having a well balanced healthy diet, gentle exercise and prompt follow up with your doctor.
