I'm sorry that you: are unable to observe (or at least hear via fetal doppler) a heart beat at 8 weeks since this doesn't bode well for the pregnancy. However, until a miscarriage has completed itself or a health care practitioner has diagnosed fetal death, there is still hope. Time to get tested: If this most recent pregnancy fails again, it is time to have the products of conception and additional blood testing for infections done by the MD. A Fertility MD( OB GYN) is the most likely to be able to do so.
