Im 8 weeks pregnant and terrified of having a miscarriage. we seen the babies heart beat at 6w4d, heart rate was 125. am i still at risk?

Depends: Hi! Is this your first pregnancy? If you have had a miscarriage in the past then you may be at risk... However if this is your first pregnancy and your OB/GYN says you are doing well, then you will most likely do well :) Unfortunately a miscarriage can happen at any point in pregnancy. I do believe that exercising will help with your overall well-being. So does yoga and meditation.
